Doing Exercises

   Scientists have proven that over 90 percent of the women lost their weight not only by diet but also physical exercises. If you want to lose weight, then the sport should be part of your day. And you do not have to go to the gym. Try to walk and to ride a bike more. You can jog in the morning or the evening after work, or do aerobics at home, once a week to go in the pool. And it is important, that you like it, and these exercises are harmoniously joined in your life. Women’s diet plan should include not only food but also physical exercises. Let’s speak about the waist and then your diet. Perhaps the fashion for this part of the body is never changed. The waist should be thin and narrow at all times. And you can achieve it easily. Put your feet shoulder-width apart, one hand should rests on the side, and the body leans in the opposite direction. Then change the hand and side of the slope. Repeat this exercise 10 times in each direction. Now, you have to work on the abs. Your stomach should be flat and elastic. So, lie down on the floor and lift up the legs, folding them in the ankles. Then put down legs slowly until they touch the floor. And then rise up them at a right angle to the floor! Repeat 15 times. One more advice: you lie on the floor, lift the upper torso. Pop in your hands and then drop to the floor! Do the exercise 20 times to help you to lose weight in the stomach!
   Do you dream about the ideal breast? You can get it even without the aid of expensive procedures, and foolish surgery. It is much easier. Take two bottles of water (one in each hand) and raises up your arms to shoulder level. Hold your hands in that position for ten seconds and put down your hands. Repeat 15 times! Next step: Rise up your hands with a bottle of water over your head and shake your hand in the direction of “up-down”. Swap hands and continue the movement (30 times with each hand). Don’t forget about your special diet.
   Slender thighs are the best decoration of the modern woman. Do you want to have a flat line, smoothly running from knee to bend thighs? It is achievable! So, drop to the floor on your hip, leaning on one arm and putting another in front of your waist. Stretch the leg, which is on top, forward and your feet should be on the floor. Begin to swing the other leg. This exercise will be more useful if your legs obtain wide position. It is not easy, but you want to do this exercise for your health. Do you want to be the owner of the elastic and beautiful buttocks? Then the following exercise for you! Put one foot forward and one back. And start to sag your torso down maximally, carrying the banner. Change the feet after 15 such movement and swing in the direction “up-down” (repeat at least 5 times!). You lie on the floor and bend your knees. Your feet should be on the floor. Lean on his hands. Start up buttocks, lifting them from the floor higher as possible. Try to keep your body like a straight line from knees to shoulders. You have to bend so at least 30 times! Women’s diet plan including exercises is a good way to lose weight!
