Scientists
have proven that over 90 percent of the women lost their weight not
only by diet but also physical exercises. If you want to lose weight,
then the sport should be part of your day. And you do not have to
go to the gym. Try to walk and to ride a bike more. You can jog in
the morning or the evening after work, or do aerobics at home, once
a week to go in the pool. And it is important, that you like it,
and these exercises are harmoniously joined in your life. Women’s
diet plan should include not only food but also physical exercises.
Let’s speak about the waist and then your diet. Perhaps the
fashion for this part of the body is never changed. The waist should
be thin and narrow at all times. And you can achieve it easily. Put
your feet shoulder-width apart, one hand should rests on the side,
and the body leans in the opposite direction. Then change the hand
and side of the slope. Repeat this exercise 10 times in each direction.
Now, you have to work on the abs. Your stomach should be flat and
elastic. So, lie down on the floor and lift up the legs, folding
them in the ankles. Then put down legs slowly until they touch the
floor. And then rise up them at a right angle to the floor! Repeat
15 times. One more advice: you lie on the floor, lift the upper torso.
Pop in your hands and then drop to the floor! Do the exercise 20
times to help you to lose weight in the stomach! |
